Local numbers starts with 0330/0207/0208/0844/0845. Local access offers you more minutes on your calling cards. Most Phone companies do not charge for local access numbers or may offer "Unlimited" local/national minutes, however please check with your service provider.
Toll Free numbers starts with 0800/0808 and are generally Free to the callers. Fee may apply if you are calling from payphone, hotels, or any other private phone system
